We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact for any privacy matter: support@ps-now.com

1. Who we are‍ ‍

PS NOW is a structured 8-week nutrition, movement and behaviour-change programme delivered to a small group (“cohort”) via live online sessions, written materials, and a moderated group chat. It is an educational and coaching programme.

2. What this notice covers

How we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you visit our site, apply for a cohort, book a fit call, enquire, or take part in the PS NOW programme.

3. The data we collect‍ ‍

  • Identity & contact: name, email, (optionally) phone.

  • Application data: your answers on the application form (where you are with the medication, your stated concern, your availability) and any messages you send us.

  • Programme intake — special category (health) data: your answers about your GLP-1 experience, symptoms, eating patterns, and health/safety screening. We collect this only with your explicit consent, and only to personalise the programme and keep you safe.

  • Payments: the £95 deposit and any fees are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.

  • Technical: basic site and usage data via cookies — see our cookie banner.

4. How we use it, and our lawful basis‍ ‍

  • To respond to your enquiry. Our legitimate interests in answering people who contact us — Art. 6(1)(f).

  • To process your application and arrange your fit call. Steps taken at your request before entering a contract — Art. 6(1)(b).

  • To process your health intake, so we can personalise the programme and keep you safe. Your explicit consent — Art. 9(2)(a), together with Art. 6(1)(a).

  • To deliver the programme you signed up for. Performance of our contract with you — Art. 6(1)(b).

  • To take your deposit and payments and keep financial records. Performance of our contract — Art. 6(1)(b) — and our legal obligations under tax law — Art. 6(1)(c).

  • To send you marketing and nurture emails. Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a).

  • To improve the programme using anonymised data. Your separate, optional consent — Art. 6(1)(a).

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing support@ps-now.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing we carried out before you withdrew it, and it does not affect data we keep on another lawful basis (for example, financial records we are required to retain by law).

5. Who we share it with (processors)‍ ‍

We use trusted service providers under data-processing agreements. As currently set up these include: Kajabi (lead capture, email/nurture, programme delivery), Calendly (fit-call scheduling), Zoom(live sessions), WhatsApp / Meta (group community — we never put your health answers there), Stripe (payments), and Google Analytics & Meta Pixel (website analytics/advertising).
We do not sell your data.

6. International transfers‍

Several of these providers are based outside the EU/UK (e.g. in the US). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum).

7. How long we keep it‍ ‍

  • Enquiry/marketing data: until you unsubscribe, or after 24 months of inactivity.

  • Health intake data: deleted within 6 months of programme completion, unless you gave separate consent to retain it anonymised.

  • Payment/financial records: kept as required by tax law (approx. 7 years).

8. Security‍ ‍

Access to your data is restricted to those who need it. Health (special category) data is kept separate from marketing data and is never stored in chat or marketing tools.

9. ‍ ‍Your rights‍ ‍

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@ps-now.com

10. Complaints‍ ‍

If you have concerns we haven’t resolved, you can complain to a supervisory authority. As we are established in Ireland, our lead authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC), www.dataprotection.ie
If you are in the UK you may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ico.org.uk

11. ‍ ‍Changes‍ ‍
