These terms govern your participation in the PS NOW programme provided by PS NOW Lifestyle Support Ltd (“PS NOW”, “we”, “us”), registered in Ireland, company no. 821842. By applying for or joining a cohort, you agree to these terms.
1. What PS NOW is
PS NOW is a structured 8-week nutrition, movement and behaviour-change programme delivered to a small group (“cohort”) via live online sessions, written materials, and a moderated group chat. It is an educational and coaching programme.
2. What PS NOW is not — important
PS NOW does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions, and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or pharmacist. We do not tell you to start, stop, or change any medication. Decisions about your GLP-1 medication are between you and your prescriber. If you have a medical concern, seek qualified medical advice.
3. Eligibility
The programme is designed for women aged 18+ (our current cohorts focus on roughly 35–55) who are using, tapering, or have recently stopped a GLP-1 medication. We may ask health-screening questions and may decline or refer an application where the programme is not appropriate or safe for you. Taking part is voluntary.
4. Applying & joining a cohort
Submitting the application form is a request to be considered — it is not a guaranteed place. We offer places following a short fit call. Places are limited (the founding cohort has 12 places).
5. Founding cohort — price and deposit
For the founding cohort, the place itself is free of charge (normal value £595). To hold your place you pay a fully refundable deposit of £95, taken via Stripe after your fit call once a place is offered.
The deposit is returned to you in full when you complete the programme — defined as: taking part in at least 75% of the programme — 6 of the 8 weeks (attending live, or watching the replay and submitting your weekly check-in). We refund the deposit within 14 days of programme completion.
If you do not take part after paying the deposit (other than under your cancellation right in clause 6), or do not meet the completion criteria, the deposit may be retained to cover your reserved place.
(For future paid cohorts, the price, any instalment plan, and payment terms will be shown at the point of sale and these terms updated accordingly.)
6. Your right to cancel (cooling-off)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund of any amount paid (including the deposit).
If your cohort is due to start within those 14 days and you want to begin straight away, you will be asked to expressly agree that we may start before the cancellation period ends, and to acknowledge that once the programme has been fully delivered you lose the right to cancel. If you cancel after the programme has begun but before it is complete, we may retain a proportionate amount for the part already delivered.

7. Missed sessions & conduct
Live sessions are recorded where possible so you can catch up. Persistent non-attendance may affect your deposit refund (see clause 5). We may remove a participant who is abusive, shares others’ personal or health information, or breaches the group’s code of conduct, without refund.
8. The group chat (WhatsApp)
The community chat is a supportive space. Please keep it respectful and confidential. Do not share other participants’ information outside the group, and do not post anyone’s health details. We moderate the group but are not responsible for content posted by participants.
9. Intellectual property
All programme materials (PDFs, videos, diagnostics, protocols) are owned by PS NOW and provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or record and distribute them without our written permission.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information in your intake, to consult your doctor about decisions concerning your medication and health, and to take part at your own pace and within your own limits. You are responsible for your own health decisions and actions.
11. Limitation of liability
We deliver the programme with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee any specific health, weight or body-composition outcome — results vary between individuals. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Data protection
We handle your personal and health data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to dates or delivery
We may need to change a session time, facilitator, or start date. If we make a significant change and you do not wish to continue, you may cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid for the part not delivered.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you additionally benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in (for UK residents, UK consumer law), and nothing in these terms takes those rights away. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or in Ireland.
